1. Do you think consumers should avoid over packaged products or is it the responsibility of producers?

The trend of over packaging of the product by the producer to make the product more attractive, beautiful providing lucrative look with intention to attract customer is blooming nowadays. Packaging to a limit is acceptable but over packaging has lots of disadvantages which has been analyzed below to draw the conclusion on who should be responsible for preventing the over packaging.

Firstly over packaging makes the products more expensive as extra materials, equipment’s, skill has to be used. Besides this for some products especially the products related to cosmetic and designing packaging cost more than the products itself. Packaging for the protection of the materials is wise but we see in the markets medicine in the forms of pills and tablets are wrapped in big boxes, cookies, biscuits and junk foods wrapped unnecessarily. Furthermore, it’s the consumers who are going to be affected at the end as they are the people to pay for the material cost and unneeded extra packaging cost.

Secondly, over packaging directly plays the vital role in environment pollution such as air, water thus affecting the health of the people. Materials used for packaging are very hard to manage and dispose as it is very toxic which if burnt will produce the poisonous gas that pollute air and if thrown here and there will be seen mixed with water sources and ditches polluting water and making the environment uglier. We can see the glittering materials used in packaging the biscuits, noodles, germs foods and other thrown here and there due to its un-disposable nature.

To put in nutshell, government, producer, consumer and concerned people and organization should performs their roles and responsibility at their levels to demotivate the over packaging. As comparatively, the producers are well known about the products, necessities of packaging, limiting limit they should be more responsible to demotivate over packaging than consumer.

2. Many people think that regions affect successful person. What is your opinion about native region and accomplished person’s influence on the region he belongs to?

Many people believe that region on which people lives influence the success of the people which is true to much extent from my aspect also. Hard work, dedication, strong will power and determination are the key factors and traits need to be successful and environments such as friends, family, neighbor, society and surrounding the components that can accelerate or retards the achievements.

People success is measured by number of his achievements. No goals can be achieved without hard-working, strong determination and dedication and passion and patience. If we go through the biography of the successful peoples we can find the lots of ups and downs they have faced, success and failures they have seen, hard-work and dedication they have given to conquer the goal they have set. Mark Jukerbech, the CEO of facebook one of the most successful people who kisses many achievements at the very early age has encountered number of problems and complication and obstacles to come in the state now he is.

On the other hand, the environment on which people belong to also plays a vital role in achievement of the success. Not only the family, friends, teachers, neighbor, colleague and people with whom we interact with but also the resources such as better university, available facilities, work environment and attitudes and thought of the people has major impact on achievement. Though Jukerbech was hardworking, passionate, diligent guy who give a continuous effort to get the thing he wants was he be able to build the social networking site facebook if he was born in Nepal. May be but not in rapid pace as he did when he was in America because Nepal is comparatively less developed and manpower or technical resource available was not available here.

To conclude, environment on which people leave or have leaved has major impact on people life with no exception. So, to produce successful people we should focus not on the individual ability but also on the circle where he is living.

3. Roles of governments, companies and individuals to combat climate change.

Global Warming is the major problems that today’s world is facing and it is affecting every living and nonliving creatures on the earth weather it is on water or on land. The tons of ice in from northern and southern hemisphere of the earth are melting day by day thus increasing the water level at the sea. Government, companies and individual should actively participate to address the global issues.

Firstly, government should come up with strong rules and regulation, plans and polices implement it and continuously monitor for its implementation as control measure to prevent the global warming. Furthermore it should frequently organize the campaign to bring the awareness among the people about the negative impact of global warming and ways to reduce it such as importance of plantation, hazardous effect of deforestation, air pollution, over production of carbon dioxide and chemical produced during daily activities.

Secondly, Companies and industries which are using the bio fuel as a major source of energy should seek for the alternative source such as solar energy, water energy and wind energy for performing their daily activities.  Furthermore they should minimize the use of air condenser, cooler as they produce the gas that is responsible for creating holes in ozone layers. Besides that they should minimized the production of waste products and plan for proper disposal system as it is the main source of polluting air water and other thing that is responsible for global warming.

Finally, to reduce the global warming public should discourage the use of private cars and buses that operate using bio fuel and promote the using public transportation system. In addition to that public should minimize the use of freeze and cooler. Furthermore, they can create the pressure to the government to seriously act on the issues climate change.

In conclusion, climate change is the major problems that need to be addressed immediately. Country all over the world, International organization, companies and every single human being should be united and do their responsibilities to reduce the global warming.

People believe that the mass media such as TV, radio, newspaper has become the essential parts of our lives which are undeniable because nowadays, people all over the world are using the mass media for information, education, getting and sharing ideas and knowledge, entertainment and means of communication.

Firstly, Mass media have enhanced the quality of Education. Using the mass media teachers as well as students is well updated with the resent invention, discoveries and achievements in research which they share among the students and friends. Use of projectors have make delivery of the knowledge to the students has become more convenient reducing the conventional way of using the blackboard.  

Secondly, people are using the mass media as a source of Entertainment. Children and Students after completing their schools, home works and outdoors games sit on the TV watching the cartoons and other interesting programs. Employees and housewife relief the workload pressure tension throughout the days by watching the entertaining programs, serials and listening music. Older guardians passes their times reading newspaper, listening radios and watching TV.  

Lastly, mass media is extensively used for exchanging and gaining current information among the people around different countries in the world.  Weather it is the political issues occurring in America or China, any disaster occurred in any corner of the world or any programs or event organized people all over the world can get the information using the news or programs in the TV, radios or newspaper. People are using mass media such as FM, TV to get prior information related to traffic jam in the city, weather forecast and other to make the proper plans thus saving their valuable times, energy and resources.  

To put in nutshell, I completely agree with the mass media including TV, Radio and newspaper has becoming the part of the people daily life and it’s undeniable that this dependency will increase further.

5. Company’s top level authorities should get their employees in decision making process. Discuss

Resent flourishing concept in the business market is weather to involve the employees in the decision making process or should be limited to the higher management only. However, employee partition in decision making process has its merits and demerits; there are lots to benefit than to loose.

Employees are the solid foundation of any successful company as they are the people who contribute and are valuable source of knowledge and idea on the field in which they work. Involving the employees in the decision making process generates the feeling of ownership, increases the morale of the employees and hence morale of the whole company thus leading to positive attitude and job satisfaction.  Besides this it is a win-win situation for companies and employees as on one hand it is another way to empower employee as they got the opportunities to extract the best from them to give the suggestion and ideas for the betterment of company on the other hand company get optimal output form the employee for its growth and betterment. Furthermore, companies can uses the idea, knowledge and skills form the employees for the betterment of the company instead of hiring the consultant or outsourcing thus saving the extra effort, time and expenses.

Conversely, some people think that the decision should be made by the top management only bypassing the employees. They believes that involving everybody in decision making process bring the confusion, cause chaos and delay in decision making process.  Furthermore there are chances that employees give the suggestion that fulfills their self-interest rather than companies benefits hence causing harm to the company. Suggestion given by the employees is narrower in domain addressing only their problems, solution and betterment and which may not be suitable for betterment of the organization as a whole. Since the employees has been involved in decision making, there is the chances that feeling of superiority generates in them thus leading disobey to the higher management.

In conclusion, involvement of employee in the decision making process has its own merits and demerits depending upon the work nature and types of companies. However company management should follow the policies and process that is of mutual benefit for the employee as well as the Employer.

 

6. Some people think law changes our behavior. Discuss.

Law is a system of rules accepted and followed by people of the countries, communities or organization for regulating the action of the people and may be imposed by different forms of punishment. Law definitely has a potential to make the changes in the people behaviors positively or negatively depending upon the people nature and intention which I have analyzed in the paragraph below.

It’s not like laws address benefits and interest of all the group of people so depending on it, people benefited from it will follow it word by word while the other intentionally or unintentionally violate it. We can take the example of Traffic laws. Traffic law has been implemented to manage the jams, avoid the accidents and provides security to people vehicles.  While crossing the road, on red signal passenger stop, on yellow they prepare themselves for move and on green they cross the road. In the beginning it may be awkward but continuously following same laws, rules and regulation once they get habituated to it they become more disciplined while crossing the road.  Considering this we can conclude that laws can influence the behavior of the people.

However, contrast to it, if we consider the people at the time of emergency such as job holder in rush to participate in the business meeting, women needs hospital for delivery, drunken person who is driving are likely to break the traffic rules even though they were following in normal conditions. Laws are being broken every day, thief are continuously doing the theft no matter how many times they are sentenced to jail, Traffic rules are broken many times no matter how many times they are panelized. Hackers are continuously hacking though there are strong cyber laws and many hackers had been punished. Peoples are not following them.

To bring in the nutshell, Law affects the behavior of the people temporarily and in normal state of mind but at the extremes condition the smooth trend of behavior may be altered to break the laws despite the fear of being punished for breaking it.

7. Pros and Cons of extreme/adventure sports.

In today’s world with the advancement in technology, advantageous games are flourishing due to overgrowing craze of it among the people especially the young group. Adventurous game make the people feel the happiness that comes from excitement, thrill and satisfactions of crossing limits.

Adventurous games make the people physically active and mentally alert developing good discipline in them. People doing the adventurous games such as sky diving, scuba diving, bungee jumping, rock climbing are mostly the people with sports background who have gone though both physical and mental training. Adventurous game makes the people hard worker, good communicator, team player with high patience and passion that can withstand the rough condition and situation in life.  Successfully participating in adventurous games requires hard work, a good team player having passion and patience thus more the number of adventurous people the country have the more the productive manpower its possesses. Not only Adventurous games helps in maintaining health of people thus saving productive times and minimize the extra expenses for medicine but also creates the active mind with positive attitude that can ease and accelerate the education, invention, research and development works.

Of course there are some disadvantages if the adventurous games are taken carelessly without taking any safety measures. Not only people may suffer from repeated injury but also they may become handicapped or even loose the life while participating in the adventure games. People are suffering from serious injury even death besides taking the appropriate training and safety measures thus making their life miserable for the years to come.  

To conclude, considering the people interest on adventurous games, its growing craze and importance in good health and active mind of people, governments should promote it in cooperation with the private sectors.  To avoid the accidents and injuries, well trained instructor should be provided for proper guiding; proper safety measures should be applied.

8. The environment we live in is in danger due to various problems. What are the underlying causes? Who is responsible to combat this? What measures?

Environment where we are leaving are being polluted rapidly day by day due to uncontrollable human activities for fulfilling their necessities and development. Industrialization, excessive uses vehicle that consumes fossil fuel energy, deforestation, wide uses of plastics, lack of proper disposal mechanism are the major factors for the environment pollution.

It is undeniable that comparatively with the increase in human population water, air, sound and everything around us are being polluted rapidly. Firstly due to rapid growth of industrial development, harmful chemical produced from factories are polluting the waters, different gases and smokes produced are making the air impure and sound of machines, siren and overcrowding population are causing the noise pollution. Secondly the excessive uses of vehicles that are run using fossil fuel are causing the air and noise pollution. To meet the growing demand of land for agriculture and human habitation people are cutting down the trees and destroying natural vegetation thus resulting in landscape and soil erosion. Besides making the environment look uglier, over use of plastics and due to lack of proper disposal plastic thrown here and there are polluting soil, ponds and rivers and when burnt are polluting the air. 

Government, public sectors and individual are the key components that can play major roles for controlling the overgrowing environment pollution. Government should make plans and policies, conduct campaign, training and programs to bring social awareness about the hazardous effect of environment pollution and measures to control it. No matter how dedicatedly the government work for making the environment clean it will not be fruit full unless public sectors and individual support them.  Public sectors such as industries can seek for alternate source of energy such as electricity; wind energy, solar energy for running their daily operation and every individual can promote the use public transportation, incorporate the good disposal mechanism to reduce the environment pollution.

To conclude, it’s time to act to make the clean and healthy environment. Not only the government but also the public sectors and every individual should collaborate to fight against the environment pollution problems that we are currently facing.

9. Large shopping malls are replacing small shops. Your opinion? Good or bad

In today’s world, especially in the cities the concept of the supermarket is emerging rapidly replacing old local market. Most people believe that Supermarket comparatively have more advantages over conventional market while others believes that local market are more advantages. I support the idea of supermarket with the reasons and supporting details.

Firstly, Supermarket is the symbolism of prosperity, advancement and perfect way of doing thing where we can find all thing of our choice easily and quickly. In single place we can find beautiful and attractive clothes of different design and of latest fashion, electronic devices, movies and PlayStation to entertain, restaurants and coffee shops for refreshment. Furthermore not only it has made the parking available and manageable but also reduces the traffic problems.

Secondly, because all the necessary stuffs are available at the single place our precious time is saved which we can use for other productive things. Facilities of ATM cards are available and within the single day we can do lots of shopping, entertain us by watching movies and others and have varieties of food from the restaurants.

However in contrast to it, compared to local market we items are fixed price so  cannot do the bargaining of the items we are buying.  Because the seller in the supermarket have to deal with large quantities the food stuffs presents are brought from cold storage so they are not fresh enough. In addition to that we are losing our tradition and culture due to modernization. Furthermore, less manpower can handle many jobs so not only it has reduces the jobs opportunities but also due to its expensiveness it is not reachable to lower class people.

In conclusion, I completely support the supermarket because though it has many disadvantages, advantages overcome the disadvantages. So my point of view people should make the change in them to adopt and promotes this new trends of doing shopping.

With the advancement in technologies, wider domain of work scope, high competition and feeling of doing best, cutting their family time people are giving extra time for work to update themselves with latest invention and discoveries, to standout out in competition and to be the best. Like most wise people, I support the idea of work life balance because of the reason illustrated below.

Human being is socialized from the time of its origin but nowadays losing its natural behavior, today’s trend of overworking is ruining social relationship completely. Nowadays, both husband and wife are working hard in the office, even involve in late office work most of the time. Because of this, people are missing precious moment with their friend, neighbor, relatives and family especially the children resulting improper psychological and physical development of their sons and daughter. Most importantly, due to overworking they are missing for whom and for what they are working for.

Furthermore, due to overwork directly or indirectly people are suffering from health problems either physically or mentally or psychologically. Late night work, repetitive work and improper timing for balance diet have increases stress and tension resulting in increased mental instability, hypertension, depression and decrease in capacity to memorize. Besides this due to lack of proper exercises, people are suffering from different type of diseases such as blood pressure, muscular pain, back pain, loss of vision and hearing capacity etc.

To put the things in nutshell, spending too much time at work compromising the personal life is not fruitful from every aspect including the work performance and work satisfaction. People should maintain the work life balance to remain healthy mentally as well as physically and socially. Government and public sector should make plans and policies to promote the work and life balance.

11. It is usually foolish to get married before completing your studies and getting established in a good job? Do you agree or disagree".

Many people believe that it is foolish to get married before completing their studies and getting settled with the good job while other are of the thought that marriage make the life more happier and easier to achieve the goal. I agree with the first thought though it has its own merits and demerits.

With marriage increases extra roles and responsibilities at personnel, family and social level. After marriage individual now have to think not only about his career, problems, progress. friend, family and relatives but also all about of his wife. In this competitive age, digging the path for the good career in itself is very struggling and very difficult to manage and extra burden of marriage surely leads to distraction, disturbance and failure in personnel development and professional growth. Student won’t be able give his hard dedication in his studies, exam preparation, extra activities and exams due to extra family burden and aftermath is poor grade in exam. For the students who fully depend on their parents it is even harder to ask his parents for to fulfill the necessities for him and for his wife. 

However, in contrast to it, there are many benefits we can gain from it if handled properly. If there is good understanding between husband and wife journey of life become easier and memorable due to sharing of ideas, knowledge’s and facing the problems and obstacle together. Parents can give birth to children when they are young and healthy and most importantly the children grow in matured person when parents are still in their fifties.

In conclusion, though I discourage the late marriage I agree that people should get married after gaining all the skills, education and studies required for good career development and securing bright future.

Great peoples have made great invention such as antibiotic, aero planes, computer in the past 100 years. From my point of view, computer undoubtedly is the greatest, unbelievable, highly useful invention made by the humans due to its applicability in every sector such as information and communication, education and industries and is becoming indispensible day by day.

Firstly, the field of information and communication technology has made the drastic progress with the invention of the computer.  Before the invention of computer exchange of information and communication between people, organization and countries was done using letter, telephone, fax etc. which were more time consuming, unreliable and difficult. But invention of computer has revolutionized this field. People are now using email, video conversation which are comparatively far more easier, reliable and convenient.

Secondly, sharing of information idea, thoughts and feeling has become more convenient. People uses the social sites such as facebook, instagram, hi5, twitter to share their beautiful moments of success, achievements and happiness with their friends, family, relatives. Every business organization, industries, service providers, event organizer are using it for the marketing of its products, services and events. People are making videos of tutorials, games, their capabilities and uploading it on youtube making it available globally.

Lastly, but the most importantly computer has become an indispensible part in the field of education, research and conducting experiments thus making every invention, discoveries and finding more easier and accurate.  Use of computer has made the education system more managed and organized resulting in production of high caliber students. Doctors can do quick research on diseases, police can easily find the culprit of crimes, service provides by government or any organization has become quicker and reliable with the use of this technology. There is no doubt that invention that has been done after the invention of computer technology is more than the invention that happened in past 20^th century.

In conclusion, discovery of computer technology is the greatest achievement made by the human being and indeed becoming indispensible in every sector. Every people from every sector and every age group should be learned this technology and more investment should be done on this technology for research and development.

Many people believe that information technology has revolutionized the mass communication and have the positive and negative impact on the individual as well as on the whole society. I totally agree with the advantages and disadvantages of mass communication that people are knowingly or unknowingly going though.

Mass media have revolutionized every sector. Most important aspect of mass communication is sharing of information, ideas, knowledge’s, news invention and discoveries and events more conveniently and more effectively because of this people can quickly and easily plan and achieve their goals and objectives. Compared to past decade, with the invention of computer and internet communication has become more cheaper and easier, due to which standard of education have increased, Medical facilities, services and procedure is enhanced, most of government services which used to takes weeks or months, are now completed within hours.

However in contrast to it, because mass media has capacity to change the people views, ideas and opinions about the thing around people are misusing it. Media professionals is twisting the information instead of presenting exactly what it is for the sake of their own benefits thus keeping the people in confusion. To kill the reputation and damage the career, people are making the scandals and posting it on the social networking sites such as facebook, google+ , instagram as a result the victim has even commit suicide. Especially, the children are copying the bad habit of drinking, smoking and behaving from the best actors, actresses and role model.

To conclude, mass communication was indispensible yesterday, is today and will be in future generation so everybody people, organization or government should be aware of its positive as well as negative aspect use it for gaining the their objectives.

Teaching the students multiple languages in the early childhood is more helpful for his bright future is the hot debate among the people nowadays. Many people support the idea of keeping the language courses in the primary school with supporting strong points that benefits the children while other group of people contradicts it.

Definitely there are many positive aspect of learning the multiple languages in the early age. Scientist has already proved that bilingual people comparatively have more memory capacity, intelligence, tolerable and are open minded with more positive attitude compared to people who are fluent in single language. Obviously, and most importantly more doors of opportunities will be opened. On one hand communication skill will definitely be increased due to interaction with multiple people speaking different language and on the other hand children can explore books written in different language thus increasing their knowledge and intellectual capacity.

In contrast to it, it also has some disadvantages. As language learning is also a tough work, the students may not be able to focus on the important subjects like math, science, health which are very good for their career advancement. Poor performance in these important subjects can result in lack of interest on those subjects. Consequently, children start avoiding these subjects and changing their future plan to other then a great doctor, engineers and scientist. Besides this because children are learning multiple languages par ally they may remain in confusion and twisted with the meaning of word.  

To put thing in nutshell, after analyzing both the positive and negative aspect, because the advantage overweight the disadvantages I support the view to involve the children in multiple language from the primary school level.

 In recent decades, low cost airfare has made international travel easier and many countries have, therefore, developed their tourism industries into key sectors of their economies. While it is clear tourism brings obvious benefits to the countries that host tourists, it is also true to say it may bring disadvantages as well.

 Undoubtedly, there are significant benefits that tourism brings to a country. First, a thriving tourist industry implies an increasing need for a variety of services such as hotels, transport, restaurants, and entertainment. These results in a considerable number of jobs being created for people who lack a college education and also the development of the infrastructure needed to accommodate visitors. Moreover, tourism is a "green" industry that, unlike factories, generates a low level of pollution. In fact, because beautiful natural landscapes are often places that tourists come to see, a country will often be sure to maintain the landscape in order to keep it attractive for tourists.

 Despite the benefits, there are aspects of tourism that may prove harmful to a country. For instance, a country may suffer from the loss of their traditional culture. This is caused by people in a country changing their lifestyle, customs, and language in order to more effectively serve visitors or because they become influenced by foreign countries. This can cause stress in a traditional society and could even lead to animosity towards tourists. In addition, because tourists often carry expensive objects like cameras and are unaware of their surroundings, they make good targets for theft. Crime also increases as a result of the increases in drugs and prostitution that caters to some vacationers.

In summary, global tourism is greatly beneficial to an economy and environment of a country. However, it can be detrimental in several ways. To my way of thinking, a country should seek to develop its tourism industry because it can bring steady jobs to many people without their need for higher education and without the risk of environmental damages.

The growth of tourism and the numbers of people traveling to other countries for their vacations has led to debate as to whether this is beneficial. I believe that there are many problems which arise out of the tourist industry, and will examine these in detail.

Many people argue that travel broadens the mind. However, this statement does not fully hold water. I would argue that spending a few weeks in another country is not long enough to gain a proper understanding of an alien culture. A foreigner visiting Britain might be met with the traditional British reserve, and mistakenly conclude that the British are unfriendly. Furthermore, some people are unwilling to open their minds. A Western traveler to an Arab country is unlikely to consider that the veiling of women is acceptable.

Being a tourist in a foreign country brings with it problems that can lead to dislike of the native people. Firstly, a foreigner is vulnerable, and is often ripped off by locals. Secondly, the language barrier can lead to misunderstandings. Thirdly, tourists are often hassled to buy goods, which can ruin a holiday. When I went to Bali, people tried to sell me something every five minutes, and this totally spoils my sunbathing.

Local people also often end up disliking foreigners. Visitors may mistakenly act contrary to local norms, or they may just be plain offensive, as many drunken British holidaymakers must seem to the Spanish. Global tourism can lead to hostility from the native people, who may feel their traditional way of life is under threat. Additionally, the relative wealth of the foreign visitors can cause envy and resentment.

In conclusion, I would say that I largely agree with the argument that global tourism creates misunderstanding between people from different cultures, and that the differences are often a cause for conflict rather than celebration.

In recent times, the role of tourism industry in the world economy cannot be neglected. Tourism industry has emerged as one of the biggest industry in the world, providing jobs to millions. Often it is said, that world is becoming smaller, and I believe it is because of this frequent international travel. I do not agree that international tourism creates tension; in fact it brings different culture together.

When person travels from one country to another, they learn about each other’s culture, cuisine and habits. People become more tolerant towards each other’s differences. International tourism helps people in experiencing the natural beauty which could not be found in their country. I believe, due to increased international travel, people have subdued. For instance, countries like Maldives, Thailand, India (Goa) etc. thrives on tourism and we can clearly notice the difference between the people’s attitude towards each other in these places as compared to others. People are friendlier, understanding and accommodating.  They are ready to change themselves easily to cater to new demands of tourist. Another good example would be Dubai, which is part of UAE but is very different than any other emirates. It is because of international tourism that Dubai is more tolerant and modern and developed.

The biggest pros of international tourism are, we can learn a lot from different countries. For instance, if you go to Singapore, you cannot help but notice how effective their public transport systems are; and how stringently all the rules are followed. Similarly, many tourists come to India to seek spiritual guidance and to learn yoga, which they might not get in their country.

In a nutshell, I think, international travel alleviates tension between the two nations rather than creating. In today’s economy, when every country is interdependent for trade and business, international travel helps people from different countries to understand each other and exist in harmony.

Rapid advancement in information technology in the beginning of 21^st century have drastically changed the ways and means of communication making it more easier, cheaper, convenient and available to every individual and sectors. Advancement in communication like others with no exception has its own cons and pros which have been analyzed below.

Revolution in the communication technology has brought rapid development in every sector by introducing the global market. Colleges, institute and lecturer are conducting the virtual online class and interested candidate from any corner of the world can participate in it. In addition to it corporate people are conducting business meeting using video conference, HR is interviewing the employee using application like Skype. Furthermore, it is undeniable fact that due to use of email, video conversation avoiding the paper work for correspondence and communication government, banks, public and private sectors has started giving quicker and quality of services. People from one corner of the earth are sharing their ideas, status updates and events with friends, family, co-worker at any place using the social media such as facebook, instagram, google+.

In contrast to it, it is undeniable fact that development in communication technology also has some disadvantages. Real and face to face communication has been minimized dramatically thus making the people more and more unsocial. Due to addiction to social sites not only the people but also the older people are hanging themselves with the social sites hours and hours in useless chatting, avoiding their important jobs and schedule and making themselves unhealthier. Due to lack of proper guidance, easy access to internet and communication with criminal attitude peoples children are attracting to unsocial activities. Besides, this criminal activities such as blackmailing, has increased.

In conclusion, since, communication is the life of every living being people should always do research for the new technology that enhance it. All public, private organization and individual should use this advanced communication technology following the communication ethic.

17. The only thing that interferes with my learning is my education- Einstein. What does he mean by that? And do you think he is correct?

Education is the acquiring of knowledge, skills, habits, values and beliefs from our teachers and seniors. In our traditional or conventional education system the content of the education is limited to already established customs and practices. We only learn the knowledge, which has been discovered or invented earlier. The format of the education limits the learning of the students to only cramming and the exams are also a test of more or less the “retention power”. In this essay we shall be discussing both the arguments.

Firstly, when Einstein gave this statement he experienced that students learn through a formally designed education pattern restricting their thought process. In fact, formal education limits the doors of imagination and creativity. There is little chance for exploring things, because the best way to learn something is to experience it. Thus, students are not encouraged to think out of the box and search for solution themselves. They all are expected to provide the same answer which is in books. This example shows why Einstein believed that formal education hinders the process of learning.

However on the contrary, if we started allowing kids to say, they do not need school they would probably learn nothing, as most of the average student does not have the motivation or interest to master something on their own. Einstein was exceptional. As we cannot expect that all students would be as capable as Einstein, so it is really necessary to impart the basic education, knowledge & skills to children, like reading and writing in order to survive in this world. They usually need school to learn and understand the existing principles and practices and can improve upon it according to their interests and capabilities.

Lastly, the education systems have undergone a lot of changes, recently, in order to enhance the cognitive abilities of the students. For example in Stanford University, usually a mentor is assigned to few students, who would not interfere in the learning process of the students. This helps the students to develop creative skills and think out of the box. The mentors are only there to be their guide and help them if they are approached and they share their experiences with the students. This way the students would be completing their studies in their own way and style.

In the end we can conclude that the present education system has evolved from its traditional approach to be more student friendly which encourages them to bring out the best of the talents and abilities to the world.

Einstein was a genius, which back in the old days many never really understood what a genius really was! So for him to say, the only thing that interferes with my learning is my education! He was actually saying, he was a lot smarter then any education that could be taught to him back in them days!

So he had to more or less, self-educate on his own to be able to be smarter then he already was! Many people saw him as off the wall, sort of speak! Because of the fact he was a lot more smarter than anyone really knew! So instead of him being looked up to because of being so smart, he was more like an outcast to most! Mostly because of his odd behavior, and weirdness and very much misunderstood! He plainly just didn't fit in!

I guess you could say, very few people tried to get to know him at his level and partly no one could possibly even think at his level! So he to many was just a strange person! But the fact was he was a genius and he was misunderstood back in them days! Geniuses today are honored and almost worshiped and there is today, way higher education levels in place now for people that are geniuses!

Could you imagine if education would have been so high level to teach Einstein to the levels he was running for! He would have really accomplished way more then what he did!

And may have changed the world for a lot better then what it is today! Maybe that's why education is such a high priority in today’s world, so that everyone has a chance to be the next great Einstein, or even greater! If education hadn't changed from the old days, man would have never made it to the moon!

Education has to always change for the better, may be at times not fast enough, but if it didn't life will never get better! If education was still the same as back in Einstein days, Medical wouldn't be where it is today and millions would have all died every year! Medical is the biggest resource for longer life and more quality of life! Without it, people would be dyeing at younger ages and from many diseases that wouldn't be curable without all the medical education we all have today!

Einstein would have actually fit in better in today’s world then he did back in the old days, you could say he was born in the wrong Century, so it would be like taking a well-educated person today and put them back into Einstein days of life! The person would feel completely out of place and most likely wouldn't be able to even cope in that kind of life!

So what Einstein was saying is, he was being taught 6 th grade education when he was actually like the highest college degree grad in are time of life! And he wanted higher education then the highest college education! But back in his days 6 th grade education is all they had as highest education to offer!

Many people believe that illiterate of the 21^st century will not be those who cannot read and write, but those who cannot learn, unlearn and relearn. Looking the rapid changes people of this generation is facing in every sector due to new discoveries and invention, I completely agree with it.

Learning happens when we first open a perspective to new things, unlearning happens when we open a new perspective to the things we already know and relearning happens when we open a new perspective to the things we already know and appreciate our knowledge from that perspective. Together they will help us to overcome our misperception, misconception and misunderstanding that was there from the time we learnt something new.

When we learn something for the first time, we will be focusing to get a bigger and abstracted view of it. We ignore small and important features. After learning something, a small discussion with friends or teaching someone or trying to summarize your learning will make you realize the minute details that you have missed when you learnt it.

There is so much we unlearn without much effort. Knowledge not often revised, skills not regularly practiced and beliefs shattered by contradictory experience are all day-to-day examples of unlearning.

Computer technology has revolutionized the rapid development in every sector and there is always a new thing to learn about daily to stand them in the competitive market. New medicine are being invented old forms are being obsolete rapidly causing medical professional to learn new things, theory are being restated forcing the people to relearn it, new technology is being obsolete within three to four years of time period. On one hand there is change in rapid technology while on the other hand high competition is there on the other hand.

To cope with this change one should have to be very hard working and capable enough to catch rapid change and make sure and short of perspective on any things around. For this one should have good capacity of learning, unlearning and relearning.

Many people agree with this idea to take a break before perusing the university while other argues with it giving their own opinions.  

Travelling makes the people more dynamic, experienced and open minded enriching their knowledge domains and strengthens the existing one. Not only people get opportunities to become familiar with different people, culture, and tradition but also interact with many peoples learning different technology, histories of different places, working process and ideas. Besides this they get chance to experience many things they have learned during their academic course. Furthermore most importantly their communication skill will be enhanced and learn new concepts and ideas keeping themselves in the real world.

However, in contrast to it in today’s world where secure career of the students depends on university degree the students may get distracted from perusing it. In addition to it some student may lose the habit of learning and find it very hard to join back to university resulting failure of pursing the university degree. Besides this there is also the chance that students may get involved in criminal activity, consumption of drugs when encountered with peoples with different background thus spoiling their career.

In conclusion, because benefits of travelling is definitely more compared to disadvantages I agree with opinion that people should go travelling, face the real world and pursue for further university degree so that there education become more realistic mirroring the real world.

Big companies including the multinational companies, nowadays as a part of marketing strategy, to influence the customer to purchase more, are placing their products on offers or on heavy discounts to meet the sales target. Some people completely support with this strategy while others argue giving their own supporting reasons and views.

Discount strategy is the most effective strategy that increases sales thus increasing the overall company business.  Most importantly, many of the customers psychologically attracted to buy the products on discounts rather than buying the fixed price items resulting in high sales. Besides the stock clearance, the money collected after sales can be invested in doing business of new items and products in market and other than that the vacant space can be used for new good and items. Furthermore, Offers, discounts and scheme provided on the special occasion such as New Year, festival really attracts high volume of customers and others than that it also create the future opportunities for doing business. 

In contrast to it, however it also has its dark side. There is a chance, people may develop the perception that company is providing the discounts and offers because the business is not going well or because the materials used for making the products is of low quality.  In addition to it habits of bargaining is developed in the customer seeking discount in every products they purchase thus wasting the valuable time of the customer as the seller.  Other than that, discount if not provided there is high probability of losing the customer instantly as well as in future.

Many people argue with use of huge amount of money and resources in the space exploration and instead support the idea to invest it on reducing existing environmental problems in the earth stating their standing points. Space exploration like other has and has its pros and cons which has been analyzed below.

Space exploration is mysterious and challenging jobs that initiate the excitement, thrill, curiosity among the people motivating them to think and work beyond limits and is worth doing. Scientist and Astronomer are not only discovering planets and particles in our universe but also creating new areas for research and invention and other than that it is creating the need to effectively, efficiently and optimally implement the technology, ideas and process already invented. In addition to it, most importantly, lots of global problems today’s world are facing is addressed by the research and achievement made during the space exploration.

However, in contrast to it, due to lack of prioritization on existing problems in earth more than two third of the world population are below the poverty line and thousands are dyeing due to hunger and starvation. Besides that due to rapid industrialization and maximum use of fossils fuel environment is being polluted thus resulting in the global warming which is affecting negatively to every living being in the earth. Furthermore, every day, different incurable deadly disease is being seen causing untimely death of the people. In addition to it, lots of children around the world are unable to get the proper education and training including environment where they can grow physically and mentally.

In conclusion, besides unlocking the mystery of universe, space exploration is policing the every aspect of knowledge, process, theory and technology which is being used for addressing the global problems. Though, it has its cons advantages outweigh the disadvantages so space exploration should be promoted.

Many people believe that in the war of idea, it’s the people who get killed and most importantly innocent people suffer from the group ideology. I completely agree with these statements and have presented examples and critical analysis on how people get victimized in the past or are being victimized due to group ideology.

September, 11 Islamic terrorist group AI-QAEDA attack on WTO tower of United State of America can be taken as an example to illustrate the negative impact of group ideology on innocent people. Not only the American but also the innocent people from all the countries in the world were killed during the attack. Most important point to notice is that people who lose the lives and the people who lose their nearest and dearest during this attack have no concern with the issues of terrorist and American government. Atleast there would had been the reason for satisfaction if concerned people were killed.

Other supporting examples can be the Mongols ideology to rule the whole world. Mongols in conquest to expand their territory, during the twelve century beheaded many people not leaving behind even the children, old peoples and women, destroyed village, cities and towns, burnt down the books of literature and knowledge  and buildings. Not only the peoples other than Mongols but even they were facing the hard life due to physical and mental destruction caused due to  loss of their nearest and dearest, and devastation of the war. Life was miserable; diseases were spread here and there.  

In conclusion, innocent people are being victimized from the group ideology of war which should not be happen.

Computers have become an integral part of our lives and we can see them working to make things
easier all around us. They have enabled us to make information sharing a lot easier then it used to 
and also helped us to become more organized at workplace. Hence, I believe that computers have 
made us more happy as we can accomplish much more within a limited time frame.

Information sharing was never easier in human history than it is today. Our reliance on physical 
media to share information has lessened. This has made learning easier, as young students in rural
Africa can now be taught by a professor in the US. It has also enabled us to find out what is 
happening around the world and helped us learn to adapt ourselves, which has made us improve 
throught our history. 

Jobs have become easier as we can create, store and retrieve data with ease. The calculation and 
the storing of data can be done by the computer itself, letting us focus on finding creative ways to 
solve bigger problems. Businesses, hospitals, government organisatioin all benefit from this. This
has also ensured that the work is done correctly. 


Some pepole argue that computers have made us less productive by providing us with ways to 
waste our time and making us to relient on them making us "dumber". But computers are not the
reason for this, as they are a medium to achieve our means. How we use that medium depends 
entirely on us. It would be unwise to orego the use of computers which have made the human 
endeavor to simplify life possible, beyond the extent we all believed.
